If you’re like me, you probably have way too many headbands and bows for your daughter. I was bald until I was two and with my baby due in a few weeks, I have been stocking up on headbands in the likely even she is bald like I was. I was always mistaken for a baby boy.
The only problem is I didn’t have anywhere to store the headbands and they are just too cute to be tucked away in the bathroom! So I made this adorable headband holder for under $10!
- Hanging wooden board
- Wood glue
- I decided the easier thing would be to just spray paint my clips with some left-over grey spray paint I had in the garage. But pick whatever color you want or hand paint if that is easier for you! You could even add some glitter if you like a little sparkle! It doesn’t matter, I just thought a little color looked better than the plain pins.
- Once the pins dry, add some wood glue to the back of your pins and attach to your board in whatever way you want! I staggered mine so I could fit more clips.
- Let the wood glue dry overnight, add your headbands and hang on your daughter’s wall! I even clipped my bows to the hanging yarn do display those as well. It makes cute wall decor and displays your headbands and bows for easy access!
You’re done! Easiest DIY project ever, right? Share how your headband boards turned out, I can’t wait to see them!
